Gail Link

Secretary

Gail Link always had a curiosity for community theatre, but life kept her away from the stage—until she moved to Tellico Village. With an active theatre group right at her doorstep, she knew it was time to step into the spotlight. Now serving as the Secretary for the Tellico Community Players Board of Directors, Gail plays a crucial role in keeping the theatre running smoothly. From maintaining accurate meeting minutes to updating by-laws and promoting the theatre at POA Orientations, her dedication ensures the organization thrives.

While Gail loves being behind the scenes, she also treasures the moments she gets to perform. One of her favorite productions, All the King's Women, holds a special place in her heart—not only because of its Elvis-centric storyline, but because she got to deliver a captivating monologue that brought the audience right into a grocery store encounter with the King himself.

Outside of theatre, Gail enjoys reading, quilting, and, as she puts it, “staying out of trouble.” However, her love for storytelling and connecting with people ensures she remains an integral part of the local theatre community. She believes theatre enriches the lives of everyone involved, offering both creative and social opportunities that bring people together.
